# Collaboration

Invite your staff to help run the school online, together.

* Add colleagues — teachers, secretaries, accountants, and more — so they can work in your school's portal alongside you
* Everyone uses their own login — no shared passwords

## What You Can Do

* [**Invite a Staff Member**](/en/online-portal/collaboration/staff.invite.md) – Send an invitation so a colleague can collaborate on your school
* [**Invite a Student**](/en/online-portal/collaboration/student.invite.md) – Register a student so they can log in to their personal space

## How It Works

1. You add the person on the relevant page (Staffs or Students) and enter their email.
2. They receive an invitation by email.
3. They set a password (if new to eSkool) or accept the invitation (if they already have an account), then log in and start collaborating.
