# Diagnostic de connexion

#### Lancer le diagnostique&#x20;

Pour lancer le diagnostic, ouvrez eSkool, puis cliquez sur le bouton Serveurs en bas à gauche.

#### Exécuter les vérifications

Le diagnostic va effectuer une série de tests pour vérifier votre connexion réseau.\
Vous pouvez suivre les recommandations en lançant le programme en mode administrateur.\
Cette option est disponible pour le serveur et les clients.

Pour garantir le bon fonctionnement de la communication client-serveur, vérifiez les points suivants :

* Tous les postes (serveur et clients) doivent être connectés au même réseau local.
* Le serveur doit écouter sur le port HTTP 80. Assurez-vous que le pare-feu du serveur autorise ce port.
* Le routeur ne doit pas bloquer le port 80.
* Les postes clients doivent pouvoir établir une connexion sortante vers le port 80 du serveur.
