Reset Password

Recover from a forgotten administrator password.

• Forgot your password and can't log in? This is your last resort

• ⚠️ Warning: You'll have to delete everything and start fresh

• Make sure you have a backup first

⚠️ Warning: This deletes all your eSkool data permanently.

How to Reset

1. Close eSkool completely.

2. Find the data folder: Open File Explorer and go to: C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Local\.io\Server (You may need to show hidden files)

   

   Data folder location.
3. Delete the Server folder. This permanently removes your database and all data.

4. Restart eSkool. It launches as a fresh install. Create a new administrator account. If you have a backup, restore it now.
