# Getting Started

Download, try, and license eSkool.

### Step 1: Download and Install

Download eSkool from the Microsoft Store (\~100 MB):

### Step 2: Create Your Admin Account

On first launch, create your administrator account.

### Step 3: Try It Out

The free version is fully featured with no time limit. You can:

* Start with a blank database
* Load demo data to explore

### Step 4: Set Up Networking (Optional)

Run eSkool on a network so your team can share data. Install the server on a central computer and configure each workstation to connect.

After purchase, restart eSkool with an internet connection. Go to **Settings** > **License** to see your activated license.
