Before You Start

Make sure:

1. The student is registered. See Register a Student

2. The student is enrolled in a class. See Enroll Students

3. Exams are scheduled. See Schedule an Exam

4. Grades are entered. See Enter Grades

Print a Report Card for One Student

1. Open Branches From the main dashboard, click Branches.

2. Select the Class Click the student's class.

3. Generate Report Card Right-click the student and select Generate Report Cards.

4. Customize and Export Adjust the layout if needed, then export to PDF.

Print Report Cards for a Whole Class

1. Go to Branches and select the class.

2. Click the plus icon (+) and select Generate Report Cards.
