Billing Plans

Set up payment plans for student groups.

• Create flexible payment options like monthly or annual plans

• Bundle fees for registration, tuition, transport, and canteen

• Students choose their plan at enrollment—fees calculate automatically

1. Open Branches

From the main dashboard, click Branches.

2. Select a Group

Click on the group you want to set up billing for. Create a new group first if needed.

3. Set Up the Billing Plan

1. In the group view, click the Billing tab.

2. Click the plus icon (+) to add a new plan.

3. Enter the plan name, fee amounts, and payment schedule.

4. Click Save.

Parents choose a billing plan when enrolling their child. eSkool calculates and tracks what they owe automatically.

Example: Two Billing Plans for the Same Group

Monthly Plan:

• Registration: €1,000 (one-time)

• Tuition: €100/month

• Canteen: €10/month

• Transport: €10/month

Annual Plan:

• Registration: €1,000 (one-time)

• Tuition: €1,200/year

• Canteen: €120/year

• Transport: €120/year
