# Billing Plans

Set up payment plans for student groups.

* Create flexible payment options like monthly or annual plans
* Bundle fees for registration, tuition, transport, and canteen
* Students choose their plan at enrollment—fees calculate automatically

### 1. Open Branches

From the main dashboard, click **Branches**.

### 2. Select a Group

Click on the group you want to set up billing for. Create a new group first if needed.

### 3. Set Up the Billing Plan

1. In the group view, click the **Billing** tab.
2. Click the **plus icon (+)** to add a new plan.
3. Enter the plan name, fee amounts, and payment schedule.
4. Click **Save**.

Parents choose a billing plan when enrolling their child. eSkool calculates and tracks what they owe automatically.

## Example: Two Billing Plans for the Same Group

**Monthly Plan:**

* Registration: €1,000 (one-time)
* Tuition: €100/month
* Canteen: €10/month
* Transport: €10/month

**Annual Plan:**

* Registration: €1,000 (one-time)
* Tuition: €1,200/year
* Canteen: €120/year
* Transport: €120/year
