Students choose their plan at enrollment—fees calculate automatically
From the main dashboard, click Branches.
Click on the group you want to set up billing for. Create a new group first if needed.
In the group view, click the Billing tab.
Click the plus icon (+) to add a new plan.
Enter the plan name, fee amounts, and payment schedule.
Click Save.
Parents choose a billing plan when enrolling their child. eSkool calculates and tracks what they owe automatically.
Monthly Plan:
Registration: €1,000 (one-time)
Tuition: €100/month
Canteen: €10/month
Transport: €10/month
Annual Plan:
Tuition: €1,200/year
Canteen: €120/year
Transport: €120/year
